Unique Autorubber Udyog Pvt. Ltd. strong and well established infrastructural setup (spread over an area of 45,000 sq. ft.) comprising of ultra modern facilities enables us to keep ourselves steps ahead of others in terms of quality and service. In compliance to a semi-automatic production mode, we are equipped with a range of modern and highly sophisticated manufacturing machinery including Mixing Mill, Lathe Machines, Kneader, Hydraulic Press, Moulding Machines, Profile Projector, Pedestal Grinder, Stencil Cutting Machines, Buffing, Grinding and Washing Systems, etc. We also boast a well-versed lab with facilities for Oil Immersion Test, Dry Oven Test, Compression Set, Elongation and Tensile Strength Test, Specific Gravity Test, Cold Resistance and Ash Content.

In addition, we are headed by a team of technocrats (including highly trained and dedicated engineers, rubber technologists, and quality controllers), which offers us a great edge over our competitors. All these parameters have facilitated us to achieve impressive monthly production targets of 20 million pieces along with a spare capacity of 5 million pieces. We regularly spend a big share of our revenues on proper maintenance and improvement of infrastructural facilities and technology to keep pace with changing environment and the requirements of our demanding clients.
